Operating in the Northern San Francisco Bay Area, North Bay Property Services offers leasing with management services or leasing services only. With a construction background we have a level of knowledge that other property management companies do not have. This allows us to recognize minor issues while they are minor, and get them repaired so as to safeguard your investment.
North Bay Property Services provides unlimited services to investment property owners. Our strengths are in real estate management and leasing. We strive to provide prompt and reliable service to owners and other professionals who serve owners (e.g. accountants, attorneys, auditors, brokers, contractors, vendors, et.al.).

The Team
Mark Parish (President)
As a veteran of the US Army and after serving proudly in the first Gulf War Mark returned home to Northern California to build a family. For 20 plus years he worked construction and was a part owner in a construction company but had to change careers due to an injury. After completing requirements for his real estate licenses Mark found property management and found a perfect marriage between his construction and real estate experiences. More recently, Mark earned his California Real Estate Broker’s License (No. 01870241). As a single father of 2 beautiful girls, Mark enjoys spending time with his daughters and being outdoors.
Alice Morris (Bookeeper)
Alice is our PT bookkeeper. She loves her work and is amazing at what she does! Alice has worked with Mark for years, has an extensive professional background in property management bookkeeping (25+ years) and is an expert in Promas Property Management Software. Her work-ethic, professionalism, and trustworthiness are second to none. Alice’s special interests are attending to her Christian community, crafting and camping. Alice spends quality time with her 3 boys: Her husband, George, Patch — a Malte Poo, and Louie, a Shih Tzu.
